Nondenominational; Part of the Vineyard movement; Rides available upon request; This is a new church plant being sent out from the Westside Vineyard (http://www.vcfwestside.org) and receiving support from various Vineyard churches in the LA area. Right now this is a growing network of house churches (currently one in Pasadena and one in East LA). The house church in Pasadena meets at the apartment of a Caltech grad student. There is a cat there, so sorry to anybody who's allergic to cats.

Episcopol. One of their favorite lines is: "whoever you are, and wherever you find yourself in the journey of faith, you're welcome to our table" (aka welcome to comunion). Highly prioritize social justice and action; the church is extremely well known for its initiatives. Also has beautiful choirs and building, but who cares about that :)
