Hi everyone!
Praying for everyone during this midterm season! Hope everyone is staying healthy and finding peace amidst the busyness of school. CCF is a great opportunity to take a step back from academics, spend time in fellowship, and recenter our hearts on the Lord, who is above all things.
This week's events:
-
Romans Manuscript Bible Study: Wednesday 7-8:30PM, Hameetman Conference RoomRomans is one of the foundations of Christian theology, and Paul teaches us that God freely justifies and saves everyone who trusts in him. All are welcome to join, even if it's your first time.
-
CCF Large Group: Friday 8-9:30PM, Hameetman Conference RoomThis is a time for student-led discussion, studying the Bible together, and gathering as one CCF community. Students will catch up with each other and do icebreakers in the first half and follow with a reading of Ephesians in the second half!
-
Hour of Prayer (HOP): Sunday 5-6PM, Avery Music RoomHOP is a time when we share about our weeks, pray for one another, and spend time worshiping the Lord through music. Whether you’re looking for a quiet time to pray, want to share what’s been on your heart, or simply want to worship together, we’d love to have you join us!
Upcoming Events:
Mt. Wilson Stargazing Event: Sunday, November 15th
Chris has invited us to join him for a special stargazing experience at Mt. Wilson using the 60-inch telescope! It will be a wonderful opportunity to enjoy fellowship together while taking in the beauty and wonder of God's creation. Spots are limited, so please sign up as soon as possible if you're interested! Rides will be provided, and we will depart at 3:30 PM and likely return around 1:00 AM. For more information, please see the attached flyer, and use the link to sign up.
